SAFETY COMPLIANCE - Keeping you legal

Edart's service staff handles all the paperwork from registration, permits, licensing fees to Federal highway use taxes and DOT vehicle files. Our Safety Compliance Officer makes sure your trucks comply with the most current State and Federal safety laws and regulations.

With our exclusive Edart Safety Fax Network™ when we are informed of new State or Federal regulations, or changes to existing laws, we immediately update you.

But even with a safety program as complete as Edart's, accidents can happen. Regardless of the situation, our Safety Managers hit the road 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist drivers with proper handling procedures and reporting documentation.

SAFETY HISTORY
Edart pioneered one of the first national safety programs back in 1984. Our goal, then as it is now, is to drive accidents down and drive profits up.

Who else road-tests the driver as well as the truck?

We will evaluate all drivers before they are hired. We check their knowledge as well as their ability. Bad drivers are flagged.

Our 24-hour computerized monitoring system keeps tab on your truck right down to the last oil change, the last brake inspection and even the last washing. We go the extra mile to make sure your truck operates safely and efficiently.

An Edart truck is guaranteed to out perform any other truck on the road because we train the drivers to out perform any other driver on the road. But that's only half the picture. Our factory-trained service people even get a tune-up every six months.

Every 10,000 miles our trucks go through a complete safety and maintenance check that includes an incredible 150 items.
